The tipping point has been reached as these blighted properties are revitalized and positively impacting neighborhoods throughout the country.
Recent Projects
Greenway Commons, Southington, Connecticut: The history of this property as a steel manufacturing plant created a brownfield condition on an abandoned property. Meridian took control of the property and is working closely with the Department of Environmental Protection Agency to develop a plan that will remediate the property to a residential standard and create a mixed use, smart growth development. In addition to the residential and retail uses that are planned, Meridian will provide a public park with access to the Quinnipiac River as well as a community center which will display the rich history of the original manufacturing plant.
